# Trade Outcomes
### Open a Trade
Open the event you want to trade from  Predict or  Markets.
Tap an outcome price to open the Quick Trade menu with that outcome selected. This menu supports Buy orders only.
Tap the  arrow beside a market to open the trade screen, where you can buy or sell outcomes and view the price chart and order book.
### Place a Buy with Quick Trade
Check the selected outcome, then choose an order type:
* Market: buys at the best available prices
* Limit: buys only at your selected price or better
For a Market order, enter how much you want to spend. For a Limit order, enter the price and the number of shares.
Use the amount shortcuts to fill the order more quickly. For a Limit order, tap Mid to use the current midpoint price.
Use the  Book and  Trade switcher at the top of the menu to view the order book or return to the order form. With Limit order selected, you can tap an order book price to use it as your limit price.
Tap the  share icon in the menu header to share the selected market and outcome.
Review the estimated cost, fee and potential winnings, then tap Place Buy Order or Place Limit Buy.
### Use the Trade Screen
From the event page, tap the  arrow beside a market to open the trade screen. If the event contains multiple markets, tap the current market name at the top and select the market you want to trade.
At the top of the order form, choose the outcome you want to trade and whether you want to Buy or Sell.
Complete the order based on its side:
* Buy: enter how much pUSD or USDC you want to spend for a Market order, or enter the price and number of shares for a Limit order.
* Sell: enter the number of shares you want to sell for a Market order, or enter the price and number of shares for a Limit order.
Use the slider to select a percentage of your available balance or shares. With Limit selected, you can also tap a price in the order book to add it to the order form.
Tap  the chart icon above the order book to show or hide the price chart. Use  the share icon at the top of the screen to share the market.
### Configure Market Order Execution
For Hyperliquid Market orders, use Slippage to set the maximum permitted change from the current price.
For Polymarket Market orders on the trade screen, choose an execution option:
* FOK (Fill-or-kill): fills the entire order immediately or cancel the entire order
* FAK (Fill-and-kill): fills as much as possible immediately and cancels the unfilled portion
### Submit the Order
Review the order summary:
* Buy orders show the estimated cost, fee and potential winnings
* Sell orders show the fee and estimated payout
Tap Buy or Sell to place the order.
### Trade Recurring Crypto Events
Polymarket offers 5 Min Crypto and 15 Min Crypto events with Up and Down outcomes. Hyperliquid offers Daily Crypto events with Yes and No outcomes.
Open the event you want to trade from Predict or  Markets.
Check the Amount shown above the outcome buttons. To change it, tap Amount, enter a new value and tap Save amount. You can also use the amount shortcuts or Max.
The saved amount is reused for other Up/Down events until you change it.
Tapping Up or Down immediately places a Market Buy for the displayed amount without opening Quick Trade or showing a confirmation.
To place a Limit order or use the complete order form, tap the arrow beside the outcomes to open the trade screen.
