# Delete Your Account

Matrix is published by KDK Protocol Labs S.A. This page explains how to delete your Matrix account, what we delete, and what we keep.

## How to delete your account

**In the app**

1. Open your profile
2. Go to **Security → Manage Account**
3. Tap **Delete Account** and confirm

**By email**

If you no longer have the app installed, email <admin@kodiak.finance> from the address on your Matrix account and ask us to delete it.

## What is deleted

When you delete your account, we remove from our servers:

* Your Matrix account
* Your email address and sign-in identity, including your wallet provider account at Privy
* Your profile
* Your price alerts, notifications and notification preferences
* Your push notification device tokens
* Your waitlist and invite details

The app also clears from your device:

* Your Hyperliquid agent keys and Orderly API keys
* Your Polymarket session credentials
* Your session tokens
* All cached account data, including positions, orders and trade history stored locally

## What is kept

**A deletion record.** We keep an internal record of each deletion so we can confirm it completed and retry it if a step failed. This record contains your wallet address, email address and wallet provider ID. It is currently retained indefinitely.

**On-chain activity.** Trades, transfers and positions recorded on Hyperliquid, Orderly, Polymarket or any blockchain are public records on networks that Matrix does not operate or control. We cannot remove them.
