# Settings
Customize your Matrix experience and manage app preferences.
### Open Settings
Open  Home from the bottom navigation and tap the  profile icon in the top-left corner.
From the profile screen, select Settings.
### Change the Appearance
Select Appearance, then choose what you prefer:
* Light**:** always use light mode
* Dark**:** always use dark mode
* System**:** follow your device appearance
You can also switch directly between light and dark mode using the sun or moon icon on the profile screen.
### Manage Haptic Feedback
Select Haptic Feedback and use the main switch to turn vibration feedback on or off across Matrix.
Open Advanced to control haptic feedback separately for:
* Perps
* Predictions
* Wallet
The advanced controls are unavailable while the main haptic feedback switch is turned off.
### Choose Exchanges
Use Perps Exchanges and Predictions Exchanges to control which venues appear in their respective account switchers.
* Perps Exchanges: show or hide Matrix accounts on Hyperliquid and Kodiak Perps. Under Linked accounts control whether linked account and their linking options are shown.
* Predictions Exchanges: show or hide Hyperliquid or Polymarket.
### Use Testnet Mode
Select Testnet Mode to switch between mainnet and Hyperliquid testnet, Review the confirmation message, then confirm the change. Matrix must restart to apply the change. Only Hyperliquid is available in testnet mode.
### View App Information
Select About Matrix to view the installed app version and access the Matrix Introduction, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure.
